Evidoria — the Evidence Observatory
Evidoria is C-NAPSE’s multi-domain observatory of evaluated best practices — a single, searchable, multilingual platform where institutions find what works, see the evidence behind it, and judge whether it will transfer to their own context.
The problem
Across Europe, “good practices” are scattered across hundreds of project websites that go dark the moment funding ends. They are described, rarely evaluated, and almost never assessed for whether they would actually work somewhere else. Decision-makers are left with anecdotes instead of evidence.
What Evidoria does
Evidoria turns that scattered knowledge into durable, comparable infrastructure:
- One multi-domain catalogue — equal leadership, digital inclusion, accessibility, city innovation and more, in one place.
- Structured evaluation & transferability — every practice scored against a consistent rubric, with an honest read on where and how it can be replicated.
- Search, filter and map — explore practices by theme, country or scale, geographically and side by side.
- Multilingual & interoperable — four languages, an open API and standards-based metadata that connect to the wider EU data ecosystem.
- An AI assistant — ask questions across the corpus and get answers grounded in real, cited entries.
Why C-NAPSE
We don’t just list practices — we evaluate them. Evidoria is built and run by C-NAPSE on the same evidence-over-opinion method behind our consulting and peer-reviewed research. It is the productised form of what we do: turning ideas into measurable impact.
Who it’s for
Governments and municipalities, universities and researchers, NGOs, companies, and EU project consortia — anyone who needs to know what works, with the evidence to back it and a path to put it into practice.
Built on real catalogues
Evidoria consolidates the catalogues C-NAPSE has built across funded European projects — including Equal Leadership (gender equality in leadership), MEDICI (digital inclusion), Live-it (accessibility) and our City Innovation Library — into one durable home that outlives any single grant.
